WHY ARE YOU SO SCARY?

THAT IS WHAT PEOPLE WANT. THEY WANT TO BE SCARED. WE DON'T ADVERTISE AS A SCARY HAUNTED HOUSE ONLY TO SHOW UP AND DISCOVER THAT IN FACT IT'S A FAMILY KIDDIE EVENT. WE ARE THE REAL DEAL. WE EVEN SCARE THE BIG KIDS.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?

WE HAVE OVER 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HAUNTED HOUSES. 2007 WAS THE FIRST YEAR WE DID IT UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE TEBALA SHRINE CENTER. WE ALSO ARE WORKING WITH THE KAOTIC KREW OF ROCKFORD.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

WE ARE LOCATED AT THE BOONE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN BELVIDERE, ILLINOIS. SEE THE DIRECTIONS LINK FOR MORE INFORMATION. WE ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO ROCKFORD, MCHENRY, ALGONQUIN, ROSCOE, LOVES PARK, AND MACHESNY PARK IN THE STATELINE AREA.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE?

OBVIOUSLY GUNS ,KNIVES, WEAPONS OF ANY SORT, ALCOHOL, DRINKS, FOOD, AND CAMERAS. OTHER ITEMS MAY BE DEEMED UNALLOWABLE AT THE GATE.

WILL I BE PHOTOGRAPHED?

YOU MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED FOR USE IN ADVERTISEMENTS OR COMMERCIALS. EVERYONE LOVES A GOOD SCARED FACE.

WHAT IF I HAVE A HEART CONDITION, AM PREGNANT, ETC. CAN I STILL ENTER?

IT IS NOT RECOMENDED TO ENTER IF YOU HAVE A HEART CONDITION, PREGNANT, HAVE SEIZURES, OR ANY OTHER HEALTH CONDITION THAT MAY BE AFFECTED BY DARK LIGHTING, STOBE LIGHTS, FOG MACHINES, LOUD NOISES, STARTLE SCARES, OR OTHER EFFECTS. YOU ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

WILL THEY TOUCH ME?

THEY WILL NOT FORCEFULLY TOUCH YOU. THEY WILL COME REAL CLOSE TO YOU AND MAYBE EVEN BRUSH UP ON YOU. WE DO NOT GRAB PEOPLE OR HOLD ON TO THEM. HOWEVER FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU GET LOST A MONSTER MIGHT TAP YOU ON THE SHOULDER AND HELP YOU FIND YOUR WAY.

WHAT IF I GET HALF-WAY THROUGH AND CHICKEN OUT?

THEN WE DID OUR JOB. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

This attraction reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.

You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions. and an overall physically demanding environment. You should NOT ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, heart conditions, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer any form of mental disease including claustrophobia.

DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type.  You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff.
